The Penza Region is among 28 pilot regions, where Federal Education and Science Supervisory Agency introduces new elements of the Uniform State Exam. Trial exams in English language in a new form started in Penza today.
The tests are passing on October 17 and 18 in the building of Penza linguistic gymnasium №6. About 50 elevenths are taking part in the experiment. Children will pass new oral part of the exam. Due to the following recommendations oral part can be included in the Exam in 2014.
Trial exam differs from standard Uniform State Exam not only in content, but also in form. It requires specially equipped with linguistics hardware room where teachers examine every student individually.
Penza pupils in the frames of experiment will have to pass one more trial exam – informatics.
Trial Uniform Exam will pass on October 28-30. Applicants will pass the exam on computers and send the results online direct to Federal Test Center. Such a system according to new educational standards will be implemented in Russia by 2020.
