«Motovilikha» and «Uralvagonzavod» negotiate a 15% stake
The fate of 15% stake of «Motovilihinskieplants» Ltd. sold by «Ural heavy equipment – Uralvagonzavod» Ltd. (UBT-UVZ), will be resolved within a month. According to a member of the «Motovilikha» Board of Directors Vagharshak Sargsyan, former owner of the stake Marat Zagidullov could not sell them without the approval of the other owners. Now companies are conducting negotiations the details of which refuse to disclose.

Control and Audit Chamber has audited the effectiveness of the Regional Energy Commission of the Perm Region in 2008-2011. The auditors concluded that virtually all tariffs on utilities in the Perm region are significantly inflated and the REC does not actually perform their duties to monitor the prices of utility companies.
It is decided to spend 850 million rubles for the capital repair of Perm roads
Last week in Perm the final list of road infrastructure to be overhauled in 2012 was approved. For these purposes it is planned to allocate about 850 million rubles. The list includes 21 objects.

March 12, President Dmitry Medvedev instructed to include construction of a new stage of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theater in the federal program «Culture of Russia (2012-2016)». The federal budget for 2012 and the planning period 2013 and 2014 must be provided for this purpose with 3.5 billion rubles.
