The regional authorities against the closure of children sanatoriums
Earlier this year the largest owner of the resort of the Caucasian Mineral Waters - The Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia - intends to close three children sanatoriums at once. The first time in eight years Fitch Ratings raised Stavropol up two grades
International rating agency Fitch Ratings upgraded the credit rating of the Stavropol Territory. Agency assigned the Stavropol Territory long-term international credit rating at level “BB” with a “stable” estimate. The raise of credit rating is a consequence of the fact that the regional government was able to balance the current credit fiscal policy. The regional economy is developing, leaving the pre-crisis positions and in many ways improving them. The volume of investments in the economy of the Stavropol Territory, according to preliminary estimates, exceeded 126 billion rubles by the end 2012.
