Chief Doctor of Stavropol Children's Hospital Vyacheslav Kashnikov was fired because of the scandal of his institution providing certificates for seven students, who had passed ahead the uniform state exam of the Russian language by 100 points. The next morning after the excess began with a rally in hospital Filippskogo, and 123 employees resigned voluntarily.
According to prosecutor’s senior assistant of Leninsky district Marina Zagudaeva, the hospital refused to comply with the requirement of checking medical records of children who were issued health certificates in this hospital. Children and their parents used certificates for ahead pass of the exam, the results of which now raised suspicions, as are significantly above average. All seven pupils of 100 points received a certificate from the hospital Filippskogo, which said that they suffer memory problems and severe headaches. All of them passed the exam in cadet school named after General Ermolova, six of them wrote the same variant.
One more tour cluster will appear in Novoselytski District
According to the press service of the regional Ministry of resorts and tourism, another tour cluster for rural tourism lovers will appear in the Stavropol Territory.
