Security officials check the contractor of Northern Caucasus Resorts
Investigators and operatives of the Russian Ministry of the Interior searched the offices of “The First rock building company” (1GSK OOO) in Moscow and St. Petersburg. It had contract agreement with Northern Caucasus Resorts company. Searches were held on criminal charges of embezzlement of budget funds on an especially large scale, devoted to the construction of infrastructure objects in the special economic zones. Investigators are trying to find out how to 1GSK OOO received the right to perform work without having the necessary licenses. Investigation also suspects that contractor’s services were paid by the Northern Caucasus Resorts leadership, regardless of the performed work.
Solar power plant will be built together with the Italians
The Stavropol Territory and Italian energy company Enel will sign an agreement on the participation of enterprise in the regional investment project for the construction of solar power plant and creation of a project for the construction of wind power plant on the territory of the region. According to the First Deputy Minister of the Stavropol Territory Victor Shurupov, an agreement was reached in the framework of the XVII International Economic Forum.
A dairy farm will be built in Stavropol
Stavropol delegation led by Head of the regional administration Andrey Dzhatdoev came back from American city Des Moines, Iowa. It held a number of meetings with representatives of the international trading companies of the state.
One of the results of this work can be named the attraction of foreign investment in the Stavropol Industrial Park “North-West” and the project of “Dairy Stavropol” for the construction of a dairy farm. The city administration plans to create in Stavropol Russian-American business platform that will help to develop trade relations between Stavropol and Des Moines.
Head of Stavropol called to investigate the situation with handcuffs
The authorities of the Stavropol Territory took under control the investigation of the incident at a children's camp of the Andropovsky District. After the information about causing bodily harm to a 14-year-old girl by a policeman in the camp “Verhnyi Kalaus” appeared in mass media, representatives of the administration immediately came to the scene.
The incident was also reported to Governor Valery Zerenkov and regional ministers who are in charge of the organization of summer recreation for children.
Meanwhile, in a case of handcuffed girl new information was found out. She admitted that she fabricated the entire story with handcuffs. During the interrogation as a victim with her legal representative, a lawyer and psychologist, she explained that all the circumstances of the accident she invented. The motive of these actions she refused to explain. In this connection, expertise will soon be appointed to determine the tendency of the girl to fantasize.
