January 26th Plenipotentiary Envoy of Russian President in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich introduced to the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Chief Federal Inspector in the region Pavel Zhdanov. He is not a stranger to the peculiarities of the region and is personally acquainted with Governor Valery Shantsev. Pavel Zhdanov promised to give a new impulse on energy saving, and the Nizhny Novgorod Region will become a pilot region, where a program of energy efficiency will be developed and implemented.
Chemists city at risk of flooding
January 25 at the press conference CEO of Dzershinsk environmental organization «Vyunitsa» Vladimir Orekhov told reporters that the rise of the Cheboksary reservoir to a level of 68 meters threaten by flooding chemical burial of Dzershinsk. Construction unit fell on a house
Last Tuesday at the construction site, adjacent to the house number 16 on Osharskoy St., a construction unit fell on a house. The unit touched the wall of an apartment house number 16, one of the apartments was damaged. At the time of the fall there were people in the apartment, but, fortunately, nobody was injured.
