Head of Perm reported about the return of direct mayor elections
Last week Head of Perm Igor Sapko gathered journalists of business publications and reported that he intends to return national elections of mayor. It should be noted that new amendments to the charter must be adopted by the end of this year - the beginning of the next. If this happens, the next mayor elections will take place only after the end of the term of the City Duma in 2016.
