Last week it became known that a criminal case under the article «abuse of power» was commenced to the director of Regional State Unitary Enterprise «Perm Airlines» Valery Grigoriev. Developments were quick. There is still no official data on what violations Grigoriev was prosecuted for. It should be noted that the scandal occurred on the eve of the impending privatization of the «Perm Airlines».
Budget losses
Last week it was reported that the budget revenues of the Perm Region will not reach the figures scheduled to last year. As the Regional Minister of Finance Olga Antipina announced at a special briefing, economists had calculated a much more adverse scenario for 2013 and 2014. Perm Mayor Igor Sapko also spoke about the negative changes in the economy. Thus, the rate of personal income will drop; however, inflation will grow steadily in 2013.

Last Wednesday Mass fight occurred in Perm once again. The Tajik representatives and Armenian diaspora had an argument because of two girls born in 1991. The conflict began between the three men, but as a result there were at least 20 people participating in the fight.
Creators of consumers’ cooperative «Derzhava» convicted in Perm
Last week the sentence of a consumers’ cooperative leadership «Derzhava» came into effect. The court found that in 2006 Roman and Invert Imaykin (father and son) in order to raise funds created the credit consumers’ cooperative. The means received from the citizen they used at their discretion for personal purposes, and compensation for shareholders' deposits and return of deposits was carried out by the newly received depositors' funds.
